Herbs good for anxiety


While researching anxiety and how to help with the symptoms, I have come across some herbs that I am going to try.  I am going to limit my coffee to two cups a day, and then switch to chamomile tea.  I have valerian root (ground) that I can also try, but it really stinks!  It smells like dirty feet, so I won’t be making tea with that.  I may just add some to some water and shoot it really quick.  I have lavender oil already that I can diffuse or apply topically, so that will be next.  I really don’t want to go back on medication, so I will update as I can and see what helps the most.  It may be a combination of all of these.  We will see.
