CBD update

As you all know I have been taking CBD oil capsules for my anxiety.  I just wanted to update everyone on how it is working.

It is still helping with my anxiety.  I currently take one 50 mg capsule a day, and sometimes if a stressful day, I will take another before I go to bed.

I am in the process of researching more about this oil because I get a big response from people when I tell them I take it.  Often people only think marijuana and can’t believe I would try it.  Well,  CBD doesn’t make you high or stoned at all.  In fact, in my research, I have found that CBD actually counteracts the high feeling that THC gives.

CBD hemp oil is made from high-CBD, low-THC hemp, unlike medical marijuana products, which are usually made from plants with high concentrations of psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Because hemp contains only trace amounts of THC, these hemp oil products are non-psychoactive.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one of over 85 cannabinoids presently identified in the cannabis plant and is the second most abundant cannabinoid in marijuana after THC. In hemp, however, THC is only present in trace amounts, while CBD dominates theplant’s makeup. CBD interacts with our naturally occurring systems, but is non-psychotropic, it doesn’t cause a high. This makes it a safer, less controversial alternative, while still offering significant health benefits.

I encourage everyone with anxiety to try CBD oil.  You can get capsules, gummies, oil for vaping, or oils for external use.  Let me know how it works for you!
